This ticket grants you access to the Market Minds Summit Cockatil / Networking Party at 48 Wall St, New York, NY 10005 on September 25, 2024.

Includes:

1. Admission to the Market Minds Summit Cocktail / Networking party starting at 6:30PM, September 25, 2024

1.Please be advised, the purchase and/or use of a ticket, and/or entry into the venues (together, referred to as the “Event”) shall constitute your unconditional acceptance to be bound by any and all of the terms and conditions within this agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Trade It Forward Foundation ("TIFF").

2.By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to follow all participating venue’s terms, conditions, and discretionary safety protocols, including but not limited to, social distancing guidelines and mask guidelines.

3.You acknowledge that TIFF or any participating venue reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Event (including, without limitation, the event schedule, the location of the event, the appearance of any performer or artists, and/or the order of performance of any performer or artist), at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without any prior notice or compensation to you. You understanding that the artists and/or lineup for the Event may be changed and that such occurrence shall not, under any circumstances, entitle you to any claim whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a refund of your ticket.

4.Tickets are sold per person and are subject to service charges and applicable taxes. EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU UNCONDITIONALLY UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

5.Event will not honor tickets sold by 3rd parties or scalpers, we will NOT service, support or honor any tickets obtained from any other source than the Event management. The resale, attempted resale, or purchase of your ticket at a price higher than the official purchase price from the authorized ticket agent is grounds for seizure and cancellation of said ticket without compensation. The only valid tickets are those purchased and/or redeemed through the Event’s website.

6.By attending any event hosted by TIFF, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photography, tapes, and any other media of Promoter or event sponsors’ choosing for promotion and exploitation, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity. You release TIFF, event sponsors, and their successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whosoever of any nature.

7.TIFF assumes no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, tort or otherwise.

8.YOU FURTHER HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OF ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THIS DISCLAIMER.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS:

I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or voluntarism with TIFF, and I willingly engage in TIFF events and/or other fundraising activities.

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST TIFF AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH TIFF.

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. I acknowledge and understand that participation, attendance and volunteering with TIFF may include possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including, but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with events held or sponsored by TIFF, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.

BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
